IMERIC was established in 2017 In order to national calling of national environmental protection , IMERIC imported full set of W&H Germany equipments for producting block bottom valve PP woven sacks. With bringing the new concept of industrial packing 4.0 from Germany , The company becomes the standard enterprise in PP woven sacks . The machines such as extruder , circular weaving , coating , 6-color printing machines and block bottom valve bag machine , are imported from W&H Germany .
The company mainly produce PP woven sacks which widely used in industrial packing for powder and grain in cement , calcium and fine chemical etc .The PP woven sacks with advantages of strong , alkali resistant , easy to fill , suitable for pile , neat and clean , environmental protection can be recycled , reduce leakage powder , good air permeability , water &moisture proof and suitable for automatic filling etc . It`s widely used in industrial packing abroad as well as in China which is the packing reform in industrial packing .
June 30th 2018, the company was granted as the specialized enterprise for national production of sacks for packaging cement by the Technical sub-committee of Bag Technology Committee of National Packaging Standardization and the spot office for national production of sacks for packaging cement.
The company implements overall ERP management system and operates strictly in accordance with international and national standards. Inspections are carried out from material input to product output level by level. With the management well-regulated and product marking open-and-shut, the company won the ISO9001:2015 certificate of quality system, ISO14001:2015 environmental system certification and OHSAS18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System on July 22nd 2018.
